Long Time, No Blog
HELLO!
I’d wish you a happy new year, but the year is anything but new at this stage.
You probably noticed (at least, I hope you did) that towards the end of 2019, I disappeared from the internet. I like to think I’m back from my unannounced hiatus, but I’m now in my last semester of undergrad, so I’m swamped with more projects and research than ever before. Whatever the case, I’ll try not to disappear for more than two weeks at a time.
That said, here are my hopes and dreams for this not-so-new year:
Publish more “reaction-style” reviews.
I’m ashamed to say I have a backlog of book reviews I wrote last year that never saw the light of day. I plan to change that this year. Based on the fact than one of my most viewed posts is a review, I don’t think you would mind seeing more of those.
Write more discussion posts.
I have lots to say.
Interact more with other bloggers.
I tend to keep to myself, even in the blogging world, so I really need to try harder to put myself out there and participate in blogging events and such.

Write a kick-ass capstone research paper and graduate with a bang.
Since this is the main reason why I’ve been AWOL, the result had better be good, innit?

Be more consistent with yoga.
I backslid towards the end of last year, and my posture is paying the price.
Eat more.
Something needs to change; my jeans can’t keep getting baggier.
Be proud of my accomplishments.
Imposter syndrome is not fun, people.
Be a more confident Mandarin speaker.
